3 cottages, possibly C17 in origin although extensively altered, probably in the
early C19. Rubble walls with ashlar dressings. Tiled roof with end brick stacks.
Nearly symmetrical. 2 storeys and attics, 5 window range, 3 gabled dormers to
central bays. 2-light casements with leaded-lights except those separating the
front doors which are of a single light. Wooden lintels. Part-glazed plank
doors. The 2 right hand cottages appear to incorporate the masonry of an earlier
building (RCHM Dorset, vol III, p 129, no 10)
