Probably C17 structure. Front roughcast and altered. C19 sash windows,
one ground floor bay. At left hand end of front are two oval windows,
now blocked, each pierced in single stone. Rusticated pilasters at this
end. New slate roof. Doorway is late Georgian with small fluted pilasters,
entablature and curved pediment.

Nos 60 to 68 (even) form a group with Nos 2 to 4 (consec) and wall and
gate piers to west of No 2 Newland Gardens.
