No 89 (The Barn House) including dwarf walls, railings and gate

Barn in garden at rear has been demolished. Late C18 to early C19 two storey, five window pebble dashed front with rusticated pilasters. Slate gabled roof. Four segmental headed dormers. Upper windows three panes wide and lower windows three panes wide and lower windows four panes wide. Stone doorway in fourth bay from left hand end has flat pilasters and entablature. Dwarf wall and railings extend before the width of the house but are attached to the house at the west end. Ashlar dwarf wall. Early C19 cast iron railings; rail with coved finials. Rails also of similar pattern extend outwards from the doorway to the gate.

No 31 Newland and east range, Sherborne House, Front and rear garden walls of Sherborne House, No 41, The Manor House, three cottages next to The Manor House, two cottages adjoining, Nos 57 to 93 (odd) and north-east boundary wall to Newland Close form a group.
