Two storey, two window ashlar front, early C19 or earlier. Plaintile roof. Sash windows with altered glazing bars. One splayed bay to ground floor to left hand. Central doorway has stone pilasters with reeded caps and cornice; six-flush-panelled door, reeded panes with angle paterae.

No 31 Newland and east range, Sherborne House, Front and rear garden walls of Sherborne House, No 41, The Manor House, three cottages next to The Manor House, two cottages adjoining, Nos 57 to 93 (odd) and north-east boundary wall to Newland Close form a group.
