C19 probably. Slate gabled roof; rendered front; ashlar plinth; giant pilasters to either end. Gable end to east; entrance in gable end. Facing road: two storey two window bay front. Sash windows in reveals; rendered architraves. Modern glazed door in east gable end.

No 31 Newland and east range, Sherborne House, Front and rear garden walls of Sherborne House, No 41, The Manor House, three cottages next to The Manor House, two cottages adjoining, Nos 57 to 93 (odd) and north-east boundary wall to Newland Close form a group.
