C17 house with complex plan. Timber framed and plastered with some weatherboards
on the south elevation. Two storeys with ridged, gabled and peg-tiled
roofs and an off-centre pilastered red brick chimney stack. A range of
clear sash windows on first storey, 3 in number, those either side of the
chimney bay 3-part, and the north pair single. Matching windows on the
ground storey with front door and porch in front of the chimney bay. Porch
gabled and peg-tiled (RCHM 24).
