Boundary wall to former Naval Hospital, designed to prevent
the desertion of patients usually recruited by press-gangs.
1758-1762. High rubble wall, from approx 5m high, with two
doorways. Important part of the design of this hospital, the
1st of its type, with the wards set out in blocks to prevent
the spread of disease.
