House. Later C18. Date 1764 and initials S.B., A.B., F.B., W.B. and I.S.
incised in brickwork above doorway. Red brick, clay tile roof. 5-room plan,
2 storeys. 2 ground floor windows, J first floor windows, all 2-light wood
mullion and transoms with leaded lights. Ground floor ones have gauged brick
heads. 2 doorways, principal one between 2 LH bays, slightly narrower one to
RH. Both have moulded surrounds and hoods on cut brackets, and moulded panel
doors. Moulded brick eaves cornice. Red brick integral stack to LH gable,
red brick multiple ridge stack serving 2 RH bays. To LH weatherboarded and
tiled outbuilding projects at right angle.
