House. C17. Timber framed construction with red brick infill. Clay tile
roofs. L-plan, 2 storeys, with C20 one storey and attics addition in similar
style to N.E elevation : main block has 2 3-light windows each to ground and
first floors, cross-wing has 2-light window to each floor. All are C20 leaded
casements. Adjacent to junction with cross-wing, main block has 2 storeyed
porch with jettied first floor. This has C20 door and 3-light casement, with
holes in apex of gable giving onto small dovecote. In line with porch is
rebuilt red brick ridge stack serving back-to-back hearth. Rear elevation:
C20 lean-to additions and C20 gabled dormer to main block. All C20 leaded
windows and doors.
