House. C17 or earlier, reworked C19. Timber framed construction to main
part, later works in brick, with colourwashed roughcast render to most parts.
C20 tile roofs. Complex plan, of 2 storeys. Original structure probably T-
plan. N elevation (towards road): LH gable has one sash window per floor,
both with glazing bars. Central block has sash window with glazing bars. RH
gable has C19 canted bay. Lean-to porch within angle formed by RH gable,
sheltering door into side wall of gable and sash window of central block. Red
brick multiple ridge stack to central block, at junction with LH gable. Red
brick gable end stacks to rear of LH gable to RH end of main block, and to
front of RH gable.
