C18. Red brick. Two storeys. Hipped Welsh slate roof. Five first floor casements
with glazing bars, 4 ground floor sashes with glazing bars under segmental headed
panels. Central doorway has door surround of Roman Doric pilasters and cornice.
Central clock tower surmounted by cupola with lead roof.
