SP 81 NE WINGRAVE WITH ROWSHAM MILL LANE

and No.30

2 small houses. No. 30 is C17 L-plan house altered and extended C20,
with early-mid C19 house attached to right. C17 part is timber framed
with brick infill, part rebuilt in brick C19. Old tile roof, brick
chimneys to right of rear wing and to left side of front projection.
2 storeys, 2 bays. Right bay is gabled and projecting with C20 3-light
barred wooden casements and additional single light to upper left. Left
bay obscured by C20 single storey garage extension. No. 28 is of brick
with dentil eaves and steeply pitched tiled roof, brick chimney to left.
2 storeys, l½ bays. Right bay has C20 paired barred wooden casements and
board door to right, all openings with segmental heads. Half-bay to
left has small paired leaded casement over door to No.30. Extensions to
rear.
