SP 81 NE WINGRAVE WITH ROWSHAM MILL LANE

GV II

Horse. C17, altered. Timber frame with whitewashed brick infill,
grourd floor of 3 bays to left rebuilt in whitewashed brick. Old
tile roof, large brick chimney between right-hand bays. 2 storeys, 4 bays,
left bay gabled and projecting. Irregular C19 and C20 wooden casements,
that to ground floor left a semi-circular 3-light window. C20 door in
second bay. Gabled 2-storey porch projection between right-hand bays
has C20 door and paired barred wooden casement above. C20 lean-to
with door and casement to left. Range of C19-C20 single storey outbuildings
atcached to N.W. corner is not of special interest.
