Dated 1849 but still in the early Cl9 vernacular. Brick with tile (formerly
slate) roof and end brick stack; 2 storeys; sash windows with segmental
heads; 3 window front; band; bold eaves with lined soffit; doom,lay with
flat pilasters and entablature.
