Late C18 to early to mid C19. 3 storeys. 2 windows and blocked centre panels. Slate gabled roof. Red brick front. Windows 3 panes wide in reveals with stuccoed archivolts. Modern door in architrave frame; triangular pediment on cut brackets.

The listed buildings (with numbers 3 and 5 and Shefield's Yard) in Park Row, and The WIndsor Almshouses (with the wall behind) all form a group.
