2 storey early/mid Cl9 brown brick pair with wings coming forward. Wall treatment
of recessed panels. Low nipped slate roofs, wide eaves with wooden brackets.
Sash windows, thin glazing bars. Splayed ground floor bays on projecting front
wings. Doorways set back to left and right. No 16 with modern extension to left
of front.

Nos 2 to 18 (even) form a group together with an the listed buildings in Park Street
(except St Paul's House).
