Late C18. Brick cottage. 2-storeys. 3 windows, casements with glazing
bars. Door with vertical cover moulds. Later gabled brick porch. Machine
tile roof. Gable ends. Brick dentil eaves course. Timber frame wing
at rear. Group value.

Fir Tree House, Old Post Office. Appledene, Barnhill Farmhouse, Tudor Cottage
and Holly Cottage form a group.
