2 houses at end of planned terrace, now combined as flats.
Late C18. Slatehanging on studwork to left and render
replacing stucco on studwork to right. Dry slate roof with
hipped end on the left; rendered stack in centre and large
brick end stack on right. Double-depth plan.
3 storeys over basement; each 2-window range. C20 horned
sashes with glazing bars. Pilastered doorway to left-hand
return and to front with open pediment over blind cobweb
fanlight; panelled door and reveals with fielded panels to
each.
INTERIOR: not inspected but likely to be of interest.
Part of a planned late Georgian street laid out in 1773.
