SU 48 SW FARNBOROUGH FARNBOROUGH VILLAGE

2/3 The Old School

G.V. II

School, now cottage. Late C18 and Cl9. Brick, part thatched and part
slated roof. Long rectangular plan, at right angles to No.22 (q.v.)
and parallel to No.21 (q.v.); chimney at centre of ridge and at
junction between builds. One and a half storeys. East Elevation:-
C19 build to left with two 3-light casements with cambered heads; C18
build to right with thatched roof, two 3-light casements with cambered
heads on ground floor, flanking boarded entrance door, two 3-light
casements under eaves on first floor. Included for group value.
