Farmhouse. Late C16. Timber framed painted brick infill, ground floor underbuilt with
painted brick, old tile hipped roof. Rectangular plan of 4 framed bays, with pent roofs
over one bay, front and rear; C19 lean to extension on right. 2 storeys. Chimney on
ridge to right of centre, tall chimney on right hand gable. Entrance front:- C19 casements
on left hand, 2 on upper floor with tiled gablets breaking eaves, and on ground
floor a 2 and a 3--light casement under with a late C19 closed entrance porch with tiled
roof between. On the right a pent roof with tiled gabled dormer and a 5-light C20 casement
with glazing bars on ground floor. Interior:- some frame exposed with curved braces.
Inglenook fireplace in living room.
