House. C17, altered C18. Rubblestone with brick dressings. Old tile
roofs. 2 storeys, left hand part of 2 bays slightly lower, right part
one wide bay. Then at right single storey wing. Left hand bays have
central door and 2-light leaded windows under segmental arches to
ground floor. At left on first floor also single light window. Right
hand bay, has off centre 3-light leaded casements, with segmental arch
to ground floor. Large chimneystack at right of C17 old thin bricks.
Brick south gable has tie beam and lintel with evidence of fire damage.
Interior has chamfered spine beam and inglenook fireplace. Some of roof
timbers also have evidence of 1760 fire damage. At rear of left bay
2 storey colourwashed and rendered rear wing.
