SY 59 SE LONG BREDY LONG BREDY VILLAGE

1/162 Langbride House

GV II

Rectory, now private residence. Early C19. Stone walls with pebble-dash render.
Rusticated stone quoins to north-east and south-east corners. Hipped slate roof,
with brick stacks in from west hip apex, and below right hand ridge. 2 storeys.
7 windows, sashes with thin glazing-bars, stone cills. Tripartite windows at left
and right hand ground. Front door, left of centre, 2-leaf door with bottom panels
and 2 top lights with marginal glazing-bars, all surrounded by a lattice-work of
tall side windows and continuous top light, C19. Concrete portico is C20. C19 French
windows on east wall and south wall. South wall has a 2-storey segmental bay.
