26.1.56 as Farmhouse South of Rodden House)

Detached former farmhouse. Late C17, with much C20 alteration. Rubble-stone
walls and stone quoins. Thatch roof with stone gable-copings. Brick stack at
left hand gable. Stone stack at right hand gable. 2 storeys. 3 windows, 3-light
stone ovolo-moulded mullions to the ground floor, with fixed glass panes.
Separate returned labels over. 3 C20 mullions over, with concrete framing, and
C20 metal casements. Front door at centre, with small recess panels and wooden
framing, C20. Thatch porch canopy over.
