South West bays are early C19. 3 remainder added circa 1900. Portland ashlar.
3 storeys. Horizontally rusticated basement: giant order to next 2 storeys:
full entablature and balustrade. Fixed windows on ground floor: sashes with
glazing bars elsewhere. Original block has 3 bay applied Composite frontispiece:
windows in these 3 bays have moulded embrasures, and that in centre of 1st
floor has dentilled cornice with scrolled consoles. C20 polished granite door
surround, with segmental pediment. Remaining ground floor windows have triple
keystones. Upper floor windows of later block have moulded embrasures, central
window of 1st floor with cornice on scrolled consoles. Long and short quoins.
Chimney in centre of balustrade flanked by fluted urns.
