Lower Farmhouse

GV II
Detached farmhouse. Late C19. Coursed and squared stone walls. Slate
roof with deep boxed eaves. End stacks are rendered and in white brick.
Two storeys and attics. 3 windows. 3-light mullion windows, ground floor
with transoms. 2-light window over door. Iron casements with large
diamond panes. North gable wall contains mullion windows similar to
front, and two single-light attic windows. Central pair of doors are
half-glazed. Stone portico with Roman Doric columns to front and flat
entablature.
