Barn and cow house. Probably C16 or C17. Stone rubble with slate roof.
L-plan, with cow house wing facing farmhouse. 4-bay barn has cruck trusses with
collars, one with tie beam; principal rafters trenched into backs of crucks.
Bay adjoining cow house is raised. Entrance to south-west has smaller doors
inserted under small-paned overlight; window to left. Rear has partially
blocked entrance with pivoted door. Gable-end entrance. Cow house wing has
signs of raised eaves; 2 entrances to north-west, gable-end ventilation slots to
loft; rear has signs of demolished wing, entrance to left and blocked pitching
hole. Interior has 2 tie beam trusses.
