Having undertaken some research into the wherabouts of this building I have come to the conclusion that it no longer exists. Blocks 16 and 18 are to the left of the photograph. The area which forms part of the former Parkside Mental Health complex was closed down in the 1990's and the site totally developed to housing in the late 1990's/early 2000's. The photograph shows the locality now.
