C16. Former barn. Part hammer-dressed Purbeck stone, part red brick. Pitched
tile roof. Stone slates above eaves. 2 storeys. West elevation has 1 hollow
chamfered mullioned window with hoodmould, blocked. South elevation has 1 door
with flat pointed arch and moulded jambs and voussoirs, and various C19 casements
and loading doors.
Wall to east has 10 chamfered openings with flat Purbeck lintels, all blocked
with red brick. It was presumably the south wall of a former eastern extension
to the barn.

The Warehouse in occupation of Messrs W Pond and No 1 form a group with the premises
belonging to St John's Motors, and the outhouses belonging to Messrs W Pond, which
are of local interest.
