House with attached barn (this now incorporated in house). C17. House has
rubble stone walls, asbestos slate roof, brick stack at right end. 2 storeys.
C20 part-glazed double doors. Ground floor has 2 stone mullioned windows with
hoodmoulds and lead lights. First floor has 2 similar windows, without hood-
moulds. Former barn, on left, has rubble stone walls and stone slate roof.
Single storey. Original cart entrance infilled for new entrance, with a C20
panelled door and sidelights. 2 C20 casements with lead lights. Attached
outbuilding at left end, in matching construction, at lower level, has ledged
door and one casement with glazing bars. Rear extension to house, part demolished.
Under repair and alteration at time of survey (1985). (RCHM, Monument 141.
