Public House. c.1580. Timber framed and white weatherboarded with hipped, thatched roof. Two small ridge line stacks and front, flat roofed C20 glazed porch. Windows are C19 casements, each light with a single horizontal glazing bar. Former long wall jetty house of three bays plus stack bay, with jowled posts, internal cranked braces and halved and bladed scarf joints. Two bay upper chamber, queen posts supporting side purlins and inserted floors and stack. Parlour was at the east end where there is a C17 extension bay.
