Detached dwelling. Late C18. Squared and coursed stone, corrugated iron
roof, but long back extension pantile roof. Two storeys, 1 + 3-windowed,
sashes with glazing bars under stepped voussoirs; extra window inserted,
ground floor, left of central door, new glazed. Formerly known as Old
Brewery Cottage.
