Dwelling. C18 with mid C19 front. Rendered, Welsh slate roof. Long span roof, two storey front plus central gable, coved cornice, string course continuous to first floor cills. Five-windowed sashes with moulded surrounds at ground floor and vestigial surrounds to outermost part at first floor; central gable with three-light mullioned casement. New door with small plain transome light and in moulded surround. This appears to be a Victorian refacing to an earlier building; it is important to the group in the Square. Formerly the Police Station.
