30/54 Fox Hall
House. Mid C18 with C19 rear wing. Squared rubble with ashlar details. House
with slate roof; wing with stone-flagged roof. Stone chimney stacks. Main block
with lower rear wing attached to left.

3-storey, 3-bay front with flush quoins. Central partly-glazed 4-panel door in
projecting surround under sloping stone hood. Flanking late C20 paired 12-pane
sashes in projecting surrounds. Blank central bay above doorway: flanking
12-pane sashes in projecting surrounds to first floor; small 6-pane sashes in
flush surrounds beneath eaves. Steeply-pitched roof with stone ridge. End
stacks with top ledges and octagonal chimney-pots; right end stack with water

2-storey rear wing has two 4-pane sashes, with flush lintels and projecting
sills, to ground floor and one similar sash above. Low-pitched roof. Tall
central ridge stack with top ledge and water table.

Single-storey wing, attached to rear wing, is not of special interest.
