A C18 timber framed and weatherboarded house with early C19 additions
on the south and west sides. The south front is plastered and lined as
ashlar 2 storeys. 3 window range on the south, 1 window range on the
west wing and 5 window range on the north side. The windows generally
are double-hung sashes with glazing bars (thin section, 3 and 4 pane lights).
The south front ground storey has French windows with panelled pilasters
and cornices. The roof to the C18 part is tiled, steeply pitched, with
an old external chimney stack on the north side. The early C19 blocks
have slate roofs.
