A C18 timber-framed and plastered house with C20 alterations at the rear. Two storeys. Three window range, double-hung sashes with glazing bars. A central six-panel door has a semi-circular fanlight with radial glazing bars and an open pediment. It has a Tuscan portico with plain columns. Roof tiled, hipped.

The Church of St Andrew, Boreham Lodge, the Old Vicarage, Church Cottages (Nos 1 to 4 (consec), McMillans Cottages (Nos 1 and 2) Boreham Manor North and Boreham Manor South, Babylon, Ebenezer Cottage, Coppers and the Old Rectory form a group. (Church Cottages Nos 1 to 4 are buildings of local interest).
