Symmetrical pair of cottages, 1927, by Thomas Tait in International Modern idiom. Brick, rendered and colourwashed. Each two storeyed, two windows wide. Flat roof. Parapet. Original entrance doors to outer bays with projecting canopies. 'V' shaped metal bay windows above with pinnacles to corners. Other windows replaced. Brick chimney stacks with later coping. Linked to 14 and 16 by brick wall with entrance to rear gardens.
