Symmetrical pair of cottages, 1927, by Thomas Tait, in International Modern idiom. Brick,
rendered and colourwashed. Two storeyed, each two windows wide. Flat roof. Parapet.
Projecting canopies over original entrance doors. Replacement windows. Three brick
chimney stacks with later coping.
