House. Early C19, extended in C20. Gault brick in Flemish bond, roofed with
slate, with shingles used on walls and roof at rear. 2-room plan with central
entrance hall and 2 rear stacks, facing E (at right angles to road), with
original 2-storey lean-to at rear. Single-storey lean-to beyond, with roof and
rear wall shingled. Main block extended to left in C20, and C20 extension to
rear, with shingled walls to rear. Weatherboarded garage in rear angle. 2
storeys. Ground floor, 2 original sashes of 12 lights. First floor, 2 similar
windows and one of 12 lights, all with external louvred shutters. 6-panel door
with 4 panels glazed, in flat-roofed porch with 2 fluted pilasters and 2 fluted
columns. Low-pitched hipped roof with lead on hips and ridge.
