Handed pair of cottages, now one house. C17, altered in C19 and C20. Timber
framed, plastered, roofed with handmade red clay tiles. 5 bays facing SW, with
central stack. Lean-to garage at left end, weatherboarded and roofed with
corrugated iron. Large extension to rear, weatherboarded and tiled, 1982. One
storey with attics. 2 C20 casements and one C20 bay window. 3 C20 casements in
gabled dormers. C20 gabled porch with door to left. Roof half- hipped at both
ends. Some heavy studding, chamfered axial beams, 2 large wood- burning
hearths.
