House. C15 and C16. Timber framed and plastered with some red brick cladding
and red plain tile.roofs. 2 storeys and one storey and attics. T-shaped plan
with original open hall range to the rear and front range consisting of
crosswing, jettied to east, and C16 extension, long wall jettied to south.
North front has 3 window range, C19 vertical sliding sashes, and C20 porch with
hipped red plain tile roof. Early C16 red brick chimney stack with 2 octagonal
shafts. C16 inserted red brick chimney stack to rear wing, and C19 red brick
chimney on east side. Rear wing has 2 gabled dormers and two C19 casements.
Original frame survives internally. RCHM 2.
