Lobby-entrance house, C17, divided into 2 cottages, and extended, C19/20.
Timber framed, roughcast rendered, roofed with handmade red clay tiles. 3 bays
aligned approx. NE-SW, aspect NW, with double chimney stack in middle bay,
forming a lobby-entrance. Divided centrally in early C19 to form 2 cottages,
subsequently extended by 1 bay at each end. Lean-to extension along whole
length of rear, with catslide roof, C19/20. Glazed porch and conservatory added
at rear, C20. Some framing exposed internally. Axial beams with lamb's tongue
stops. Primary straight bracing in C19 extensions.
