Lodge cottage. Late Cl8/early C19. Probably gault brick, rough rendered.
Grey slate roof. Central gable with single storey outshots to left and right.
2 storey semi-octagonal bay front with pointed lead roof. 3 light windows with
leaded margins to ground and first floor of bay, the latter with segmental head.
Matching window to right outshot which has a C20 glazed and weatherboarded flat
roofed porch. Vertical boarded door to left outshot. Central, gault brick
attached diagonal chimney shaft.
