House. Now mainly early C19, at present being restored after a recent fire
which destroyed the earlier core. Double range building encased in brickwork
of c.1815 now plastered, with ashlar lines. Grey slate roof, with projecting
eaves and double eaves brackets. Parapeted verges. 2 storeys. 5 window range
of small paned vertical sliding sashes in plain surrounds with dentilled
reveals. Central 6 panel door, fanlight over with round and triangular lights.
Porch with fluted columns, bases and capitals. Two symmetrically placed,
plastered chimney stacks. To the right is a 2 storey range with grey slate
roof and hipped grey slate bay to ground floor. 3 window range of small paned
vertical sliding sashes. 2, six panel doors in plain surrounds with frieze and
canopy over. Central plastered chimney stack.
