Dated 1686 I.I.W. Coloured roughcast over stone rubble, with old slate
roof and slate stringcourse over ground floor. Two storeys. Gabled porch.
4 modern "cross" windows on each floor, irregularly spaced. Round chimneys.
Include stone rubble barn and shippons etc in L plan to east and south, with
round-headed arrow-slits.
High Borrans Farmhouse with attached farm buildings shall be amended to read:-
High Borrans Cottage.
The descriptive notes should be amended to read:-
Two storeys. Stone rubble house faced with colourwashed roughcast and
bearing the inscription I.I.W. 1686.
