Faces north-east corner of Church, Circa 1700. Pebble-dashed stone rubble,
old slate roof, 2 low storeys. Panelled door in moulded doorcase with
round-arched hood. 2 20-paned sash windows on ground floor and 4 12-paned
sashes above.
No 1, Premises occupied by Hairdresser, Old Kirk Cafe, Old Curio Shop,
Stags Head Inn and Rose Cottage form an important village centre group
with Parish Church of St Martin, Lake Road, White House, Robinson Place,
New Hall Inn with attached buildings to south, Lowside, and Fold Head,
Fallbarrow Road.
