On island site at angle between Brantfell Road and Belsfield Road. Probably
early C18, altered. Roughcast over stone rubble, old slate roof, 2 storeys,
round chimneys. Gabled porch with boarded door, 2 windows on each floor
with wooden mullions and small leaded panes (new, in old style), with old
slate dripstones. The end facade is cut away to a large semi-circular
bow window with small leaded panes. Catslide staircase roof at rear. Modern
alterations in Georgian style retain character.
