House, now part of University. C17 with C18 and Cl9 additions. Mostly
colourwashed brick, partly covering timber framing. Old tile roofs,
brick chimneys. 2-storeys and attic, L shaped in plan with timber framed
section in SW. corner, with vertical studs and red brick infilling
partly roughcast on west end. Irregular C18 sash windows. South front
has late C18 addition in centre and Cl9 projecting wing to RH. North
front has flanking C19 additions, 2 storey gabled porch in centre, C19
segmental arched windows.
