Early C19. 3 storey brick range with slate roofs. No 8 in centre is earlier than
Nos 7 and 9 and represents the recasting of the 1764 house on this site. Stucco
with end quoins. 3 window range of double hung sashes with glazing bars, central
pediment doorcase with pilasters and 2 ground floor flat bows with dentil cornice.
No 7 has one window range of double hung sash windows with glazing bars and painted
stucco heads. Simple pilastered doorway with rectangular light over. Light diaper
of blue headers at rear. No 9 is similar with a 2 window range and central doorcase
Retains Royal Fire Insurance Mark (Red and Green). A depressed arch, blocked,
to left.

The Baptist Church and No 7 to 9 (consec) Horsefair Green form a group.
