Mid-late C18. Partly timber framed, much altered in C19 and now modernized. Formerly
red brick with light diaper of blue headers - painted. Gabled extension to rear
of No 35A and mid C19 cross wing to No 35. 2 storeys. 4 windows to 1st floor
(modern casements) and 3 on ground floor, and 1 window per floor on cross wing
(3 light casements). Wooden dentil cornice. Tiled roof with kneelers to south-west
and on one of the gabled extensions at rear. Doorcase to No 35A has pointed open
canopy with mutules inside; reeded Regency frame, 4 panel door. Catslide roof
to rear. Cross wing of No 35 has 2 entrances at side. Half hipped at rear. Interior
of No 35A has, remains of some studding and several chamfered beams.

Nos 34, 35A, 35, 38 and the street wall and gates to No 38 form a group.
