1892 reached by through passage between Nos 14 and 16 High Street. Single storey.
3 entrances. 5 windows. 2 large and one smaller gables. Stone with brick dressings,
quoins and toothed eaves band. Tiled roof with crested ridge and terracotta flue
finial to centre gable. Round headed entrances with recessed doors. Cantered heads
to windows, casements with eccentric glazing. Paired pointed vents in gables.

Nos 1 to 5 (consec) The Retreat Almshouses and the south-east wall of courtyard
to The Retreat form a group.
